Top fashion tip: get a dog whose coat matches the value (HSV) of the majority of your pants.

Like, for example, my dog's, whose fur will never match anything ever

Resolution of the tartan storyline. This was meant to be a coat for a small dog, but due to some planning failure on my part, I think I will cut it up and use it to repair mittens. The colours are nice, and the effect is what I wanted, even if the size was wrong.

#knitPosting I had the genius idea when I started this project that I would make a sort of tartan by knitting the horizontal stripes as I went, and then chain up the vertical ones with a crochet hook later, but I neglected to make the purl ditches to do this in at the time.
