Haha I wish! So my friend owns the shop, Jaded Gem Shop, she works with artists to turn their work into diamond paintings. ❤️❤️❤️ Lots of people also use cross stitch patterns to turn them into diamond paintings too!

That looks cute! What about trying less strands for the next one and leaving a 1 square border around it? I think they sell black plastic canvas?

Okey! This cross stitch is done! I LOVE sunflowers, so this was really cute to work on, and the farm reminds me of driving to visit my partner.

Okay, my one tip (that I got from a pal on Instagram), if you want to cross stitch with Kreinik, is to use short strands. Or else you will hate it.

Yess! The lady at the store said to try to use thread conditioner, and another on Instagram said to keep the floss short. I'm hoping these tips work out, I'll let you know!

Finished! The last photo is of only the cross stitching so you can see the difference of what the backstitching and beads do to the finished piece.
If you like cross stitch I recommend Mill Hill Buttons & Beads kits, they have so many different designs (I'm a big fan of their fall/Halloween ones)!

Another update on my latest cross stitch project. ❤️ Almmmoosst done the stitching then beading next! Maybe I'll be able to finish it by the end of the weekend? Maybe.

You're right the one on the right will help the colors pop more, especially the bottom two colors... BUT I really like the left fabric a lot too. Life is so hard hahahaha

The front case came torn, though, which isn't impressive, however, I don't think I'll be keeping the case anyway.. BUT STILL, it shouldn't have arrived with a tear in it!
