There are obvious upsides to realising/getting diagnosed with ADHD but I have to say one of the downsides is the algorithm on every single platform working out that yep you have an effervescent brain and marketing to that and only that all day every day 🫠

I wish grief was linear or even something that you could get over at all. It's not. It's just something you learn to live with. I know all this (personal experience unfortunately) so I'm not sure why my brain still struggles to comprehend these facts when loved ones go. Sigh...

Having a bit of a bummer day today bluesky. Grief is possibly the worst ache of all the aches. I'd like to point out I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia so I know my aches! Not sure why I'm sharing, but yeah, sad today.

Not to brag, but the phlabotomist told me I have sexy veins. Ok so she didn't say sexy she said "good" but I'm taking it cause I have to take beta blockers to get a blood test so I might as well get a compliment! 🆎️
