Barry Lyndon has been in the Kino in a 4k restored version for more than 4 weeks. Hopefully I'll watch it this week. It's gonna be 3 hours of visiul therapy.

The discussion around whether AI can possess authority in any field of knowledge remains one-sided so far the concept of authority is taken to be something that primarily depends on the power of objective knowledge. In the end it´s about if the info provided by AI is gonna be seen sufficent by users

An letzten 2 Tagen musste ich wegen unerträglicher Hitze zu Hause bleiben. Schön, dass ich ab jetzt wieder Angst vom Unwetter haben kann... So ist in Berlin der Sommer.

Ich habe mega Lust, einen philosophischen Aufsatz zum Thema "Ersatzverkehr" zu schreiben am Beispiel BVG. Der Titel könnte so lauten "moderne Stadt als Prozess des Ersetzens"

I believe that we usually misconceptualize clear language in writing especially in academia. It does not neceserraly have something to do with clear ideas. One can have some clear ideas and still doesnt want to express them in a clear way. Communication is not the only reason of writing.

Sorry but, if making photo walks with bunch of people does not contradict the very spirit of the street photography then there is no such a thing as street photography.

Ich finde den Hinweis auf die Gefahr der Relativierung des Gewaltverbots sehr wichtig. Völkerrechtliche Gewaltverbot so offen auszulegen, kann dessen praktische Abschaffung heißen.
Seit den israelischen Luftschlägen gegen den Iran überziehen sich beide Länder mit Angriffen.
Die Bundesregierung äußerte sich schnell, doch völkerrechtlich sei ihre Position unhaltbar, so MEHRDAD PAYANDEH (@mehrdadpayandeh.bsky.social).
