It was a big thing in DuckTales reboot fandom. Donald's nephews' mom was BARELY a character in ANY comics or cartoons for 60 years and when they finally brought her to the forefront, it was, "but who's the dad?" Mom FINALLY gets to shine and she's not enough?

There's something that really bothers me about people who keep trying to turn a conversation away from an amazing single mother to a non-existent father. If he mattered, he would be there. If Deuce had known daddy issues, there would be something to talk about.
