Earlier this week, a coalition of atheist/Humanist groups reaffirmed their support of LGBTQ rights.
The Center For Inquiry has now released its own (pathetic) statement doubling down on anti-trans bigotry.

For all of CFI’s talk about this they sure sound like the ani-science crowd. This can happen when smart people believe their smarts in one area extends to other areas. It doesn’t.
Conservatism:
There must be in-groups whom the law protectes but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.
Anti-Conservatism:
The law cannot protect anyone unless it binds everyone; and it cannot bind anyone unless it protects everyone.
