As some1 who accessed emergency accomm, this is an experience u never fully recover from. It really shakes any fundamental sense of safety u have. This is shameful & unforgivable that our country with a budget surplus (that Pascal always reminded us of) has a #housingcrisis of this scale #Speirgorm

I used to work for this amazing institution as a research scholar. I felt so lucky to have access to one of the greatest libraries in Europe. Astonishing early medieval Irish manuscripts & various collections like political pamphlets. And a beautiful building!

.. 175,000 bed spaces (≈ 60,000 new homes) is equivalent to almost 2 full years of new build supply.. getting some of this back would fix housing crisis

The president is such a bumbling idiot he thinks tweeting out the word "hereby" a couple times on his white supremacist social media site is the same thing as making an actual law.
