End of life care and euthanasia for our pets is one of the hardest things for us to even think about.

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice care via Dr. Craig Lewis let Gretzky pass on with peace and professionalism. Dr. Lewis was amazing, gentle, professional, and had my best friend pass with peace.

Time to rid ourselves of fossil fuels. Go clean energy. Go nuclear. China is way ahead of ourselves. They are going to kill the US and lap us in the AI "space race" because we are letting the fossil fuel industry kill the tech and science industries that can make energy costs cheaper for all.

For a reference point, when the meds and diet weren't working, Gretzky was sometimes unable to keep himself standing, or refused to eat. Just a shell of himself. Initial kidney meds made him have excessive diarrhea, or the need to go outside every 90 minutes.

So fight. Learn. There's options.

A ray of ☀️ for dog owners dealing with a senior dog with health issues...

Gretzky is 15, has late stage kidney disease, but thanks to District Vet Navy Yard, we are fine-tuning his meds and diet to ⬆️ his quality of life.

Today, for the first time in 6 months, he wanted to play with the ball!
