Hi friends! Been a while since I posted here, but thought I'd re-introduce myself :)

My name is Birdie and I'm an American-Chinese/Swedish artist living in Malmö, Sweden. I make ceramics, accessories and apparel, mainly with cute animals :D

I'm emailing them every week to keep the pressure on. This problem isn't going away, and I want answers! Even if it's just "We can't fix it this year" would be better than the nothingness we are getting now.

:( It's worth asking but honestly I'm not sure what else can be done. I highly doubt the de minimis exemption will come back any time soon tho... there's so much other stuff going on, people have already forgotten about it 😭

It's holiday season now and the most important time of year for product based businesses like mine. These last few months of the year make up a huge portion of my business's income, and without it, everything gets offset :/ I typically plan things 6-12 months in advance and now I'm at a standstill.

I think it's time we all start writing PostNord for a public update about US shipping. The lack of communication is so unprofessional - they're just hoping us Swedes will roll over and not complain.
