Bitcoin solves the problem by addressing the root cause that fkd up everything since 1971 and before that, the creation of the fed. There’s a lot of unwinding to be done. m.youtube.com/watch?v=YtFO...

Think of it as pure electronic peer to peer cash. I hand you a $100.00 bill from my phone to yours from anywhere on earth, no middle man to make it happen. As though we were standing side by side.

Connectivity to other nodes, each running a copy of the ledger, all in agreement as to its contents and nothing can alter what’s been recorded. It’s the ultimate record of truth through time.

Truly decentralized, trustless, permissionless, censorship-resistant, immutable ledger, fixed 21M supply, proof-of-work security, global peer-to-peer network, transparent blockchain, pseudonymous transactions, no central authority, deflationary design, open-source protocol.

Not sure where you got your info, it’s trope, propaganda. The papers that were critical have been updated by the same entities, of course no media outlet reports positive news. Bitcoin’s energy consumption is an epistemological humility test.

It’s not file sharing, it doesn’t require the internet, it is its own network protocol, not tcp-ip. Only needs electricity.

More propaganda “It’s for money laundering”, and “it’s for criminals” just aren’t true. All are tropes, spread by people that stand to lose from the emergence of true hard money, money of the world that can’t be controlled by the government or Wall Street. www.investing.com/news/cryptoc...

Bitcoin bootstraps via multiple DNS seeds (not one IP), then P2P gossip. Seeds are just entry points, peers are discovered decentralized. No single failure point. Not centralized. Comprehend a book.

Bitcoin uses hardcoded DNS seeds (multiple, not one IP) for initial peers, then discovers thousands via P2P. Full nodes validate independently, no central log or DB required. It's uh, Decentralized.

The flaw in your logic is that Bitcoin is not "nothing", it's digital, verifiable virtual real estate, enabling the owner to transact on the most powerful network on the planet aside from the internet itself. That's not "nothing".

Bitcoin is a network protocol, much like TCP-IP, the base layer for peer to peer world wide finance, if you can't see there's value in that, you're beyond help.
