yeah, in the last set of polls, before he was doing debut albums, the rule was that releases had to be at least 20 minutes long to be considered... but I don't know if because it's a slightly different type of poll this time, what applies, or if people made a general consensus about this....

the no dud songs is the key here too.... Those are the types of albums that make my top 5... once the competition gets this thick, there's no room for albums that have like 3-4 great songs and a bunch of filler... people really have to bring it, and Soft Cell definitely brings it...

Rapper from LA. He hit the scene in 1993. He is more or less a one hit wonder, with his 1994 song "Back In The Day". He clearly had label troubles, multiple times, as he formed a band called 4th Ave Jones later on, but their album got shelved by Interscope.
