My kids, for years, thought I didn't know how to drive even though I learned when I was 15 and even know how to drive stick shift. All because I refuse to drive in the city. Not because I don't like the driving, but because I loathe looking for parking.

I am not worried. Mamdani is totally solid in who he is, what he believes, and what he's trying to accomplish. He didn't back down one bit.

This behavior from Dems is pure ridiculousness. From Trump, the warmth is somewhat on brand - Mamdani is polite but does not back down, is completely genuine and laser focused, doesn't get caught up in the bs, and Trump is disarmed by all that.

Oh wow, I never knew about that clause. Now that we've basically lost the voting rights act, is this something we could start to enforce as a way to claw back voting rights?

100% agree with this. He seems like someone who listens and so we should be making a lot of noise about it. With strong arguments, of course.

It's a very nice feature, but be warned, it's a little too easy to forget things there!
