HELP???!!?

basically i need to fucking RELAX & i'm going to stop tuning into world news. sorry it has to be done, but it's stressing me out to the point my physical health is taking damage. i can't do this shit anymore, bro 😞 i'm always tense & it's really really bad

i can walk around & be upright again. i still get a little dizzy but it's manageable. got to do a lot of neck exercises to stop the tension from cutting off the tubes in my ears 😵‍💫 also one of my ribs was almost misaligned. lol.

i do enjoy puzzles :) i've been getting back into doing daily wordle & stuff like that just to jog a few cogs back into place
