I know Canada has moved on, both its govt and its people. And we’re the us’ closest allies. That says a LOT.

This is all true & reprehensible. A stain on the US they can never remove. But this time is different. The criminal enterprise masquerading as govt is evident to the world, as are the gaps in leg, code & people. The world will shun a US that does not make drastic changes n punish those responsible

I’m hopefully this time actually. So many people who used to support her in my conservative community are vocally mad. My husband is a traditionally con voter and won’t vote for her.

Ok so what’s your thoughts on carney and social safety net? Doesn’t seem to be much focus or money for those. AB is violating the CHA and charter rights while Ottawa watches. Things outside the economy matter too.

I agree. Voting for pp was a nonstarter. It was the Canadian version of voting for trump. Carney is far from what we want or need, like voting for dems, but it was the only viable strategy in these times. He won’t last bc he only knows the economy and nothing about the pp.
