Ayer fui al gym, a la clase de telas aéreas y me duele al toser o al reirme porque tengo agujetas en los abdominales. Eso sí, conseguí invertir yo sola 3 veces. Sigue sin gustarme lo de estar boca abajo, y ni loca me suelto las manos, pero poc a poc.
