I hear you! Tbh, I tend to just wash and rinse them when I shower with soap and just been extra sure to rinse them well. For your first swap, pick a set that you don't mind wearing for a while (preferably ones you can sleep in) and wait another 1-2 weeks before swapping again. Good luck!

I'd say probably by week 6 you can make a swap. Just make sure you're cleaning your piercings well every day and that any new earrings are also clean. Also don't swap too frequently until you feel you are mostly healed which would be closer to 2-3 months.
