The same reason she had to smile in front of a Congress, even members of her own party that didn’t want her & still smile, had to shake off the rejection of a handshake from a congresswoman’s husband, & why she MUST make sure her hand is on her heart? Cause she wont get a pass. But he can! Smh

Had to check on two of my elder neighbors to make sure they both had eaten today. They hadn’t! We gotta take care of those who have taken care of us. They watched me grow up on the block so I’m always gonna make sure they are good! 💙 #MsRuby #SisJones #NeighborlyLove
