I’m with you. I use meds to be healthier in other ways, why is this different? I’m human and I need help and that’s ok. Getting to that healthier place, even with help, is more important to me.

Agreed! I think it has to do with the fact our society body shames us our whole lives. Like you’re less than or not a good person if you can’t do it yourself. I’ve tried over and over. I’m sick of hating myself for failing.
