They want to privatize Medicare. They want to add in a third-party negotiator to deny coverage legally, similar to Medicare Advantage plans. This has nothing to do with illegal aliens getting Medicare coverage because they don't. This is about making more money for insurance corporations and CEO's.

I have an idea, why don't we all get the same insurance coverage everyone in the Congress and Senate has? They are a group or association that would also have a third party negotiate their coverages. They should be forced to into negotiated plans as Paul is proposing for everyone else.

I've been saying this since the day after the election. My thought is that Democratic leadership said, "Let them see how bad it gets with Trump, that will show them they should never elect Republicans again." In the meantime, we suffer through Trumps presidency for Democrats to make their point.

I think we have to be careful with this. You impeach Thomas and / or Alito, and we will end up with Canon from Florida and Kazmarek from Texas. They are both young, extreme Trump loyalists and far right conservatives.
