A few years ago, my wife and I lost a family member on the exact same day. Now we face losing a beloved cat exactly a year to the day of losing our beautiful little chi.

Gah! Finally worked out why I couldn't connect via #Tailscale to the NAS from my new laptop and phone, but had no problem with my old phone or laptop: I had to whitelist the Tailscale IP addresses!

Ah, I see Unity is up to their old robber-baron shenanigans again.
So Unity recently decided that the tiny startup I dayjob for needed to upgrade to Industry at 5k/year/seat. We had no chance to contest it because they would have killed our only product. They even threatened people we worked with in the past with the same.
It's not just us.
