Apple has been rumored to be pursuing non-invasive blood glucose monitoring for the Apple Watch. This research demonstrates a proof of concept of one approach with miniaturization being at least one significant hurdle for wearables. The device in the study was 31 × 27 × 21 cm.

Thanks. That’s interesting.

I wonder how they count riders? Sometimes no one checks tickets because the train is too crowded so I wonder if this is reflecting lower percentage of tickets being scanned.

It may be worthwhile to consider delete the initial post and repost the correct data. Many people will only see the first post and the typo is alarming.

…a failure more than anything.

Some of the incumbents “accomplishments” online are pathetic like “the old bus garage on the corner of Wallace and Princeton-Hightstown Road is being converted into a small pocket park and combination small parking lot”. After 8 years in office and no signs of anything happening, that seems like…

The mayor also strongly opposed making the mayoral election partisan. Possibly because his political party is not popular in West Windsor.

Curious to learn more, why don’t they have to follow local zoning?

Do you happen to have data for West Windsor as well?

Thanks. What is your hypothesis about decreasing NJ Transit ridership? Is the data broken down by route or station to help provide clues?

I read their website and little clue about what they want to accomplish. What infrastructure improvements? What safety improvements? Also, stable taxes is not exactly bumper sticker material.

Is there any state level up-zoning legislation near NJ Transit stations to increase the land value before the sales?

Thanks. What are the plans you found for the school bus site? From the article you shared, I agree that the low density so close to transit is disappointing. Also, I’m skeptical that it’s a good place for retail with little visibility from the street and likely little to no foot traffic.

Please do. I’m interested to learn more. I’m also curious about that old chemical company site across from the train station. It seems like they are doing environmental remediation but I don’t know for sure.

The back half of the Ellsworth site has been abandoned and blighted for at least two decades and is close to transit. Seems like a good place to build. The township also has the ugliest old school bus depot across the street and a few hundred yards from the train station.
