no girl taking a break is good and normal and okay.

what's important is to not FORCE yourself to get out of an "art block" when it's really a normal NECESSARY break.

you are not a machine! you are not supposed to be making something every day! if yo u *can* that's great.

but don't *demand* of yourself that much. creativity is a well and you don't want to have a dry well. it will take time to refill and it's okay!!

I think I've had it for... prob a decade. the most intense pain I had from it I literally got stuck on the floor and my dad had to walk me to the bathroom. it's. literally next to gallstones and hysterectomy recovery level pain.

it eases when I lay curled up on my side.
