Egypt is in with a win at Djibouti. Cape Verde is in with a win at Libya. Algeria is in with a draw or win at home vs Uganda. Ghana is in if it beats CAR and Madagascar draws or loses to Comoros. Senegal moves on with a win against South Sudan and if DRC doesn’t beat Togo.

Two other Dodgers surpassed 162 games in a season, both because of tiebreaker games. Tommy Davis played in 163 games in 1962 and Steve Garvey played in 163 in 1980. The only other player to hit 163 because of a tiebreaker was Jim Rice in 1978.

Maury Wills of the 1962 Dodgers has the alltime mark of 165 games played in a season as he made it through the whole season and all of the three game playoff with the Giants. Jose Pagan of the GIants played in 164 games. Pagan missed the 9/15/62 game against the Pirates.
