Unrelated to anything, finally got an air fryer!

A fair bit bigger than I intended, but was a good deal and looks well enough on the counter. First use was some crispy tofu to add to sauce & veggies for some sisig tofu!

Came out dynamite, super close to the restaurant version, + garlic fried rice.
