i could see some stuff with Veeronica and Sixer about trying to cope with sixer's competitive nature and finding healthy ways to not feel inferior/downtrodden....... just throwing it out there

Uh- Hello? Didn't I just step out of the elevator?? Where am I. (・_・ヾ

[ She set the bags she were carrying down by the corner, looking at Melanie. ]

There was NAWT an elevator in this mall that led into another elevator. Is this a new thing? Do you know anything about this?? (¯ ¯٥)

[ She looked to her left. ]

[ Then her right. And to her right, Melanie. Fellow TV-head! ]

[ Veeronica's ongoing apathy ran deeper than the base intrigue, though she still tried livening herself up just a little, to a mixed result. ]

[ She passed by a tall figure shrouded in darkness, her defining feature a white beret and sweater. ]

[ Veeronica could atleast admire the outfit. Maybe she could pull off something like that! It didn't even cross her mind until the doors closed that she had stepped into said other elevator. ]

[ Nothing changed. Oh well, this was a bust. When the doors opened, she fully intended on stepping out and taking the stairs. The slog would be easier to take at this point, but instead, she stepped into another elevator. ]

[ Different textures, colors, even dimensions. ]

[ Today? Nah. ]

[ On the whatever-eth floor, one of the higher ones, Veeronica called and stepped into an elevator. Pressing the button for the second floor, another stop she had to make, the elevator instead went. . . Up. ]

[ She muttered to herself, pressing the button once, twice, thrice. ]

[ She hadn't even touched her board once, slung on her back, all day. Naturally, her eyes were tired, and she was drained. Not in the sense that her battery was low, just emotionally absent. ]

[ So usually, she'd be all over the mall, drawing attention from security. ]

[ Hardware store got her parts, parts she'd need to smash together and cram into her already at times unruly chassis. There was a word for this, some sort of feature-creep? ]

[ Either way, now dropped by the local mall. For what, exactly? Doesn't matter, just know it was a chore for her. ]
