To be fair, I think it's a combo of having better audio quality in 2025 AND all the things I've learned by osmosis in the past 10 years. But it's cool to have such an obvious marker of progress, when I didn't even realize I was learning / developing the ability to notice things w my ear.

💯 It all looks dry. Like, I know reasonable people disagree about whether mashed potatoes should be chunky or smooth, but we all agree they shouldn't look dry like you just mashed up some (unseasoned, unbuttered) baked potatoes in a bowl.

Also the beans and carrots appear to have no seasoning whatsoever. Looks like a bland af meal.
