Happy spooks folks!

Felt like posting thirteen of some of my personal favorite Horror films in no particular order for the occasion.

Age yourself with a movie you saw in a theater as a kid.

What movie do you consider “perfect”?
September 24, 2025 at 9:21 PM
@cynimax.bsky.social's Leyla, Michelle belonging to bsky.app/profile/aqua..., and @vastebottom.bsky.social's Chimera

(including an alt BG version as well~)

Presenting two kinds of yummy treat mishaps thanks to @comicalweapon.bsky.social of trying to keep cool.

One involving science and the other sorcery.

Featuring my Yuuka and Prism as well as Comic's own mad scientist couple Morgan and Linda along with his milf of a witch Deborah~

Also this extra color job he did of a previous piece I already posted of some of my more girthy gals getting an early morning jog in~

Can at long last share some artifact mishap comms that I commed from @dracodragite.bsky.social last year in which my newest OC additions get put through the wringer alongside my gals that own such objects of intrigue.

Huge shoutout to @tristang123.bsky.social for the tremendous glowups~

@mrvanityclaw.bsky.social was also nice enough to touch up this bday doodle @daemonking.bsky.social did for my bday earlier this year too~

Can finally get around to sharing this long overdue color job of an old five-year-old comm I got from @daemonking.bsky.social in which his Devious decides to drop in on some of my girls' spa day out pre overhaul

Many thanks to @mrvanityclaw.bsky.social for this glowup~

Even though he shared it recently, figured to post this lovely comm I got from my good bud @ikkithebirby.bsky.social recently~

Just lil ikki n ikkith getting into some unintentional mischief involving artifacts from my OCs lore with my international researcher squad

Yeah, call me a predictable Stan all you want from this pick, but I cannot think of anything else that was released last year that just filled me with pure unbridled joy from beginning to end and that sometimes it's the simple stuff that remind you of your initial enjoyment

It's unreal how meaty of a Triple A release this was, brimming with a plethora of vastly different gameplay objectives to tackle that I genuinely enjoyed for the most part that's all propped up by a sense of fun and heartfelt comradery and an insanely eclectic soundtrack

Atlas not only delivered on what I personally believe to be their best narrative to date with my favorite central group of protagonists, but went above and beyond with the refinements to the core battle system and party customization all helmed by a jaw dropping interface

It's a real crying shame the parent company did this one so dirty since it really does feel the ultimate culmination of nearly all Metroidvanias that came before it, whether it be the pure snappy spectacle filled combat, the loads of secrets to uncover, or the wide array of traversal options

It is nothing short of a miracle that compilations like this can still be made in this current shaky climate of the industry with fully formed entries that offer something for everyone by covering an insane landscape of genres and are mostly just dripping with a pure sense of polish

Hands down one of the single most effectively disturbing pieces of pure horror I have ever experienced in all of gaming that sticks to you long after your brief but unforgettable time with it that truly puts you through the lense of a complete unabashed monster
March 2, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Crazy to think of how much of a complete 180 we all took from reveal to release to deliver a legit solid remake that while it doesn't fully replace the original still respects it's legacy but with a more involved combat system and bosses that actually feel like proper encounters
March 2, 2025 at 4:52 PM
This survival horror indie darling may be lacking a lot on delivering the scares, but the creepy abandoned amusement park setting more than delivers on the sheer variety of areas to explore and especially on containing a ton of truly great brain teasers of puzzles
March 2, 2025 at 4:52 PM
It's nice to finally have the undisputed best gateway into a sub-genre that I just could not for the life of me before this point that just runs with its premise that's all tied to a fun main gimmick which allows for a ton of mixing and matching of your playstyle
March 2, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Despite being far more narrative driven than actual gameplay, still feel like this gut punch of a generational trauma driven story couldn't have been told in any other format thanks to a lot of clever perspective shits and some of the most natural sounding performances to boot
March 2, 2025 at 4:52 PM
Still flabbergasted that a mere five-hour side campaign attached to what was the blue blur's finest modern 3D outing actually trumps it in a lot of ways, from the fun open playground of a hub world to the far more enjoyable challenges and especially the final boss

You have no idea how happy this announcement made me at the tail end of 2023, and despite it paying a bit too much lip service to the first and sporting far more cumbersome controls, this is still a more than worthy follow-up to my favorite puzzle game ever
