This is a Chevy Tahoe that has California plates but no registration information comes up. It contained a 5 foot 2 inch minimal that dresses like a Nazi. He was on his way back to Broadview after Judge Ellis made the restraining order permanent.

Here's an idea: Some of us hire landscaping companies to care for our properties. When your property is being cared for, sit nearby with an emergency whistle. If ICE Kosplay Kommando Kidnappers are observed, blow the whistle (three short blasts) and open your home to the landscape workers.

Here's an idea. Maybe people at risk, particularly in cities with paved roads and sidewalks, should cary a bag of marbles at all times. When a Kidnapper chases them down the street, they drop the marbles and escape while the Kidnappers slip and fall in pursuit. More faceplate guys.😂

Made a spreadsheet of ICE Licence Plates and checked the registrations. The Illinois Secretary of State has asked for reports of illegal plate swapping
