Despite a 16% jump in nitrates levels in Irish rivers in the last year alone, it's looking like the derogation (special dispensation to pollute more) will *still* be extended by another 3 years.
Help farmers financially if needs be, but killing our rivers is just WRONG.

Too much nitrogen in a river can lead to an over-growth of algae, which causes damage to, and can even kill, wildlife and plants.

Have to feel for the people of Worcester (I have good friends there). Fairly lucky here in our part of Armagh not to have any type of flags but passed through part of Antrim yesterday where the bigotry is hard coded year round in red, white and blue kerb stones and wall cappings.
A petition has been set up to remove the flags across Worcestershire. Residents across Worcester have been in touch to express their fear and concern about the people putting up flags - filming residents without their consent, promising to "make them famous" c.org/6JPPxBGqZB
