What is SSPE?
Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) is one of the most feared complications of measles. It is rare, but always devastating: a progressive, fatal brain disorder that emerges years after a seemingly normal recovery from measles. 🧵

one of the few policies that has a direct negative effect on almost everyone

QUANTUM LEAP was one of the best and most creatively satisfying experiences of my career, with some of the most talented people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.

Excited that the show will soon find a whole new audience on Netflix!

Curtis Yarvin, who has been profiled in media like Politico and The Wall Street Journal, has publicly stated in the past that he thinks black people are naturally fit to be slaves.

I keep seeing ads for A.I. script coverage and I again remind you that these programs do not ACTUALLY read your script.

They recognize what your script is about and then in a predictive text sort of way, synthasize what actual coverage says about scripts with those elements.

This thread says things I wish more fans could internalize about tie-in material. It’s never “canon,” no matter how it’s branded. It’s always canon up to the point of contradiction, and the creators try to minimize that by playing in areas not likely to be addressed by the main franchise
I think a thing that people intrinsically know about multimedia IP though it’s not said is if it ends up in a book it’s because there were no plans to put it on-screen. In the days when Star Wars really only had one filmmaker behind it, that’s what was behind a lot of publishing…
