This is 99.99% fake but the idea of Maximo having a phoned-in Triceratops alt mode and a completely out of place rocket weapon has me laughing.

I probably could have used better lighting that wouldn't pick up every single flaw in the paint, but oh well what's done is done.

I don’t think I ever posted the final product, but I’m really happy with how my toy-style Gigastorm turned out. I feel like my masking and painting have improved (but still lots of room to grow).
Also, the gold is a lot less yellow in person and more clearly metallic.

My first instinct upon buying an assembled used set was to instantly tear it down to rebuild it myself. It also had a bit if dust, so it also helps with cleaning.

This is 100% something you would absolutely adore as a kid never knowing if it was tied to any media. You’d forget about it and then randomly become obsessed with it one day in your mid-twenties and spend hours figuring out what it was before you nab one off ebay for $70.
