Every President…in my lifetime had talked about being the President for all Americans until the piece of garbage in the White House now. Today… I received my Covid and flu vaccine. It was easy to schedule the appointment, although most time slots were already filled. Why was it easy..because I live in Massachusetts, a normal state that believes in science and freedom. Long live the Commonwealth, where freedom still exists. Fuck Trump

Is the hospital supposed to delay life saving care to confirm a persons status as a citizen. This is all nonsense. The hospital must treat everyone that comes for care. The issue is reimbursement for the care, not providing the care.

there to be legal protection against a civil claim of medical negligence, congress would have to pass a statute. That statute would have to set out what a hospital is required to do to establish that a person is a citizen or not. It would be impossible to enforce that law in an emergency situation.

About healthcare…. This is a legal issue. Non citizens have access to American courts. If an undocumented person is refused care and suffers harm they can sue the doctor/hospital for medical malpractice. It’s not a legal defense that the person may have been undocumented. For

You are correct but that is not an issue with the courts. The lower courts have issues multiple rulings upholding the right to due process. The courts are doing all they can to stop Trump. You are right this is a fascinating regime, but be proud of the judges and courts that are fighting back

The trial courts gave been strong and held firm against Trumps orders. The trial courts are the last line of defense. The courts have been stressed but so far have held.

In the federal system a violation of the US code. executive order does not establish a criminal law. This is just nonsense. It means absolutist nothing.
