Really feeling the existential dread today. Nothing particular came at me just really feeling it right now to the point I have been in tears all night.

I'm not Christian anymore but this is so very true.

Having time with my thoughts has been both a blessing and a curse. I had time to recognize how besides liquor I had used over sexualized myself in many ways as a form of self harm, hoping against hope if I could break myself so others couldn't or would t be able to hurt me.
