Just finished my 2025 budget and OMG I'm even more worried about the next 4 years. Heard Trump wants to take away the head of household deduction.. I can't afford even one more dollar of taxes. How does anyone anywhere make ends meet?? LADWP takes ALL of my $$$.

One hopeful outcome from this Kendrick vs. Drake beef—which has been giving me life!!—is a reminder to rappers: you don’t have to chase ‘pop.’ You can embody the origins of hip-hop, speak from our lived experiences, keep it real, and still win big. This culture was built on truth.

A lot of white dudes coming out telling me to reach out to Trump voters, not all are bad, yadda yadda. Good for you. You go out to diners & talk to people who voted for a criminal racist & violent insurrectionist 3 times in a row. For most people of color, we'll concentrate on the 65% that didn't.
