my ears keep leaking clear fluid. it doesn’t smell like anything but when it dries it forms a crusty, flaky stuff. idk if it’s from my sinus infection or what but my ears kinda ache and itch but like way down in there

i gained while sick cause we just ate whatever my qpps put in front of us. luckily it isn’t too *too* bad but it still doesn’t feel good. i’m liquid fasting today tho for sure

somehow, despite not recently overeating that i know of aside from a “binge” that was just syl eating a breakfast sandwich i hadn’t accounted for, i’ve gained weight. not a lot but enough that it’s making me twitchy
