It belongs on 9th in Elliott Park, instead it's stuck in this weird area off Hennepin.

I am so bad at bus stops because I often get anxious and get off whenever and then just start walking.

But these stop choices seem odd!

I also think there's a tremendous amount of anxiety around traveling to medical appointments. They are hard to get, you don't want to miss it, they are naturally stressful.

So add on top of that taking transit for 90 minutes and it's just too much. I get that.

I guess I need to check the data on this one but I see the point on gender differences around safety, same goes for walking.

The risk calculation is probably beyond my ability to perceive it which is always a blind spot to work on.

Yeah, it doesn't pen out with our current sprawl land use so trying to make light rail super efficient in the Denver burbs is a challenge.

Density is tough because I just don't see a scenario where people are flocking to the urban cores where transit could really work.

Absolutely agree! I think we are on the same view here overall.

We absolutely do have a transit efficiency problem in the vast majority of the country.

But is there really any scenario where transit and trains will be more efficient than driving?

My clumsy point is about trade offs and now we make value decisions based on time v risk and cost.
