Fascinating to learn that home prices only went up a modest 800 percent. Guess I'll switch to store brand coffee and that should even things out across time and space.

Getting to that age where bands who enjoyed moderate success are being billed under the full band name but come through town as a solo act. Need to read the fine print more closely.
