Well people don't buy features, they buy outcomes.

For example, HiCira.com, it's an AI Voice Receptionist, it has lots of features (which matter for objections, comparisons, etc)

But what they're buying is not missing calls, which means missing leads, which means missing revenue.

I divided our onboarding flow into three phases:

1. Actual onboarding, what we need to get you to signup AND to see distinct value.

2. Activation, stuff that matters to get you to use it. You see this flow once you login to the dashboard.
