DPF heat up at idle is a thing. It’s designed to get super hot to burn of diesel soot.

Rapid tests for:
- COViD-19
- Flu A&B
- RSV

These multi tests should be the new standard and, should be free to anyone who wants them.

Hibiscus Coast highway. 13m wide. Ditch the flush median and we have room for a bi-directional cycleway, parking on one side of the road and 2 x traffic lanes. And still enough room for oversized freight. And if we narrow the parking and drive lanes a little, even parking on both sides of the road.

Example using the planning method: Milldale. Brand new development. Yep, there’s finally a bus service but, 14+ minutes to get from Milldale to Hibiscus Bus station. Which is 2.5km away in a straight line. People are just going to drive. And that is not their fault. It’s a logical decision.

15km of rail line would give us a north shore freight hub, with freight being delivered against the usual peak flows.

Auckland’s Northern Busway needs a station near Tristram Ave. @richardhills.bsky.social , while redevelopment of Takapuna golf course is underway, how an about a shared path from Wairau Rd (near motorway underpass) to Northcote Road. And then a pedestrian overbridge to the Smales Farm station.
