Submission Fill out a submission form for each fic you submit so we have all the right details. 1. Go to the submission form (found on our Carrd and in our pinned tweet). 2. Fill out the form, and don't forget to include your moodboard if you have one! 3. You are all finished submitting your fic!

Submission Post your fic to the A03 collection, where it will remain hidden until reveal. 1. Go to your claims on AO3. 2. Choose 'fulfill'. 3. You should see the "Post New Work" page. Fill it out. 4. Choose "Post". 5. You are done with this part! Next fillout the submission form.

Submission Any time before the submission deadline, when you're ready, you'll post your fic to the A03 collection, where it willremain hidden until reveals. At that point you'll need to fill out a submission form for each fic you submit so we have allthe right details. We willtweet out the form nearer to the submission date and it w ill also be under our pinned tweet. And then we'll take it from there! Your fic will be revealed approximately three weeks after the submission deadline!

Check-in The check-in is just to give us more information about participation levels as we get closer to the reveals date. We don't ask for "proof" of your works in progress or anything. Writers are free to drop out any time (by submitting the drop out form, just so we know!).

Writing Authors can write as soon as they have claimed their prompt, through the date when fics must be submitted to the fest. Self-prompting is allowed! This fest allows WIPs of any length, so even if you won't have your story completed by the deadline, we encourage you to post what you have! Authors can also ask for extensions if they feel like they need more time when it's near time to submit their fics, but it will be provided on mod discretion.

Claiming During the claiming phase, anyone who wants to write based on one of these prompts (or their own idea!) simply claims it on ao3 (there is a "claim" button) and submits the claiming form so we, the mods, know how many folks are planning on participating. You can start writing as soon as you submit your form. (And, if you're writing a self- prompt, you can technically start writing that any time you want..but please still fill out a claim form when claiming starts so we know!)

Prompting During the prompting phase, anyone (including readers, writers, and those who are not sure if they will write for the fest yet) can submit fic prompts to our ao3 collection. These are preferably short (~3-8 sentences) and not too specific, to give writers creative freedom to develop a story from them. We will have several games throughout the prompting stage to help provide inspiration for prompt ideas! If you wish to self-prompt, we will be adding a prompt for any writer to claim for self-prompting shortly before claiming. Please claim this prompt when it becomes available,
