The barcode is a permanent part of him, it definitely isn‘t going anywhere no matter what outfit he wears. Though I do try to mix it up to keep it fun/engaging, like how for DJ Vermin Vice, it looks like DJ bass lights.

There is also the Maharajas/Rajas of India who were the equivalent of Kings, Maharaja was a step higher than Raja even though both technically meant King, the Maharajas usually ruled over large regions of Southeast Asia until the title officially lost political power in the 70s.

Any version of Shep in general, but I do prefer my Sheps admittedly on the chubby/toony side, also Diablo both as his Rubber Rocket Sumo form and as Pete Diablo, and especially Veni, who definitely has a special place in my heart.

You’re mostly correct, except for the part about him being dumb, he’s actually quite clever, having successfully completed many missions and recruited many new members into joining the Team, some if not most willingly due to his cleverness/seductive charm.

He also likes wearing various costumes.

Team Yell Ricky, a disguise he took to infiltrate Team Yell.

Valentine’s Day Tux Ricky, an outfit he pulls out when he needs to turn on his seductive charms up to Max, helps with charming new recruits.

DJ Vermin Vice, inspired by Giacomo/DJ Vice, this outfit allows Ricky to drop some hypnotic sick beats to brainwash new recruits to joining the Team.

Rubber Rocket Ronin Ricky, when Ricky travelled back in time and attempted to rewrite history by making Team Rubber Rocket an unstoppable force in ancient Hisui. Armed with his blade, which is inscribed “Slave Maker Sword”, the blade doesn’t actually cut into the target, but rather simply leaves a large black stain that rapidly spreads before the victim can have time to process what is happening, and tfs them into a new Rubber Rocket Ronin, ready to serve the Team.

He’s mostly playfully mischievous but if you deliberately say something to make him angry, he can be terrifying.

One of his powers is invading people’s dreams and turning them into nightmares based on their fears.

Toony toilet plumbers you into an inkwell, then yoinks you out covered in toon ink, wrings out the extra ink, then hangs you to dry, after a minute on my big toon watch, shakes off the extra ink and you’re almost done but still flat, with deep inhale/smooch, blows you into a proper toon. 😜
