Hmm only thing is that freezing on a baking sheet, you'd be exposing a lot of surface area of the sauce to the air which seems less than ideal? (though it would freeze faster for the same reason). Have you had any issues with freshness or flavors not holding up quite as well?

The SNES version of Pit Fighter still holds the title in the Matt McMuscles series. I don't think Matt has looked at Fight For Life but it looks bad. I didn't know the Jaguar HAD any other fighting games outside of Kasumi Ninja (which is only medium-tier crappy).
