What the Trump administration did to human beings in CECOT is unconscionable. It is a Crime Against Humanity. The monsters responsible for this human tragedy must be prosecuted and held fully accountable within the bounds of the rule of law. New Nuremberg trials are needed.

Let’s be clear: Texas Republicans intentionally racially discriminated in drawing new congressional maps. A lower court found as much. The hacks in the Supreme Court will do anything to help Trump steal our democracy. Pathetic and disgraceful.

There’s clearly something cognitively wrong with Trump. We can see it with our own eyes. Yet many Democrats won’t mention it because they themselves suffer from age-related cognitive decline. We must have congressional term limits and normalize the practice of demanding more from elected officials.

Democrats must fight for more than just the status quo pre-Trump. That status quo is what got us Trump in the first place. We need to stand for more than just extending the Obamacare subsidies — we must embrace universal healthcare. Otherwise, we’ll just be having this same fight in four years.

Invading Venezuela would be a huge mistake—an Iraq and Afghanistan level mistake that would reverberate for decades. Congress must act before the madman does. It’s Congress’ constitutional duty to declare war. Don’t let the senile tyrant take that power from the people’s representatives.

Investigating Mark Kelly over his video advising soldiers that it’s their duty to disobey unlawful orders is a clear violation of our Speech and Debate Clause. This is the most anti-constitutional administration we’ve ever had. They hate our Constitution because it stands in their authoritarian way
