I took care of numerous kids with fulminant hepatitis B in the 90s before the switch to getting the first vaccine at birth. I don’t recall having one since. I do not miss caring for that disease.

The other thing to remember about Tom Cotton is that he & his staff are hyper-credulous ignoramuses. The Greenland letter was a forgery created by Russian intelligence. Cotton couldn’t be bothered to vet it or check w/the embassy, he just took it straight to Trump at the White House.
