Oh absolutely!! Or changes the inflection or production from original to final album version to muddy/hetify the waters. Like, I think album version of Elizabeth Taylor is already OVERTLY sapphic, but the “cabaret version” makes it even more clear with the way she sings it & times the lyrics!

Tayliar is so v real, but imo she *most* often speaks a half-truth orrrr even a full truth but misdirecting the context. e.g. "my relationship of six years" in Lavendergate (made it sound like about Joe, but it wasnt), and then recently mentioning turning a ring around...when SOMEONE ELSE has been 🤭
