If players on 20 grand a week can't switch to a different formation easily then what are they doing at the club they're meant to be professionals FFS big Jock would have kicked a few arses, players are too pampered these days.

I don't know who Wilfried will bring in in January but I'd like to see 2 strikers one experienced and Kieran Bowie as I think he'd thrive with us.
