I've been experimenting with ANS recharge, having been on CPAP for 3 weeks and seeing no improvement on Polar Flow. Turns out having caffeine and/or alcohol in your system when you go to sleep affects it. New rule: no caffeine after lunch and no alcohol after dinner.

Not that I'm making any predictions, but is anyone certain that he's done with demolition? Would anyone find it shocking if he isn't? I remember him referring to the White House itself in 2017 as "a dump".

It's not really fall until we have our first batch of green chile stew. We also have biscochitos and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

I don't usually buy DVDs, but this steel case 6-disc box set was too cheap to pass up. Doesn't appear to have ever been watched.

My kids wanted to decorate for Halloween and were looking for ideas. I told them the old urban legend of the hippie babysitter who was high on acid and put the baby in the oven instead of the turkey. If you are under 40, you may have never heard the story. (It never happened.)
