Chocolate cake with whipped peanut butter cream frosting
I ended up using a nondairy heavy whipping cream because I’m taking it somewhere and there’s several people who can’t have dairy
Definitely not my prettiest cake but the icing tastes great so I can’t wait to taste it

I tried using an egg wash with heavy cream instead of water this time (I got it for the chocolate ganache) so we’ll see how that turns out
