As we reflect on decades of progress, our LGBTQ Caucus continues to advance policies that expand access to testing and treatment, strengthen prevention efforts, and support community-led care. Ending the HIV epidemic means investing in the people and programs that save lives.

Some were taken by direct violence, and others by suicide- both rooted in the same systems of hate, discrimination, and harassment.
Today and always, we honor their lives, speak their names, and reaffirm our unwavering commitment to ending all forms of violence against our community.
