That's the issue, the onus on verification is on the website not the UK government, so if the website doesn't deem it affordable to implement a verification system and maintain is (which is a lot of them) they just block access to the UK.

Ugh I'm so conflicted. These models are amazing, and props to the OG movie costumers designers cause the reinterpretations of the signature character costumes just look so cool, but man that movie did not need to exist. At all.

I know 'no' is probably the answer, but have you ever just been studying models and gone "wow this is gorgeous, the texture works perfectly with the UVs, the mesh detail is wonderful what is this from" and then you go "DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION?! THE ONE WITH WHITE CANADIAN TWINK GOKU??!"

Fun way to get this effect via post-processing (cause posterising gives you no control) is to split the image into HSV and snap each value to 1 divided by a power of 2 of your choice. I'd advise to keep the hue to something like 1/64 and the others like 1/32 and just play around from there.
